FOUNDERS & LEADERSHIP
CO-FOUNDER & CEO
Jason Buffalow
Jason builds the business behind WCE: operations, branding, websites, media, financial systems and growth.
More about Jason
Jason brings decades of experience building businesses and the systems behind them. He founded Buffalo’s Mechanical in 2001, grew it from a one-person operation to more than 40 employees and over $10 million in annual revenue, and sold the company in 2025.
His work building BuffalowBBQ added hands-on experience in branding, e-commerce, content and digital marketing. At WCE, he focuses on business operations, websites, media, financial systems and growth.
Family is central to Jason’s story. He and his wife, Gina, have two children: Emily, a teacher married to Erick, and Josh, a collegiate baseball catcher. Years as a baseball parent, coach and volunteer shaped his belief that a well-run organization should prepare young people for what comes after the game, too.
CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT OF BASEBALL OPERATIONS
Kyle Gross
Kyle leads baseball operations, coaches and program relationships, drawing on his playing and coaching experience and years building the West Coast Kings.
